Recommended Use:

As a dietary supplement for men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime and another 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning below. Begin use with 1/2 the recommended dose (3 capsules daily) to assess your tolerance. Also follow a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program daily.
